KW Schoolgirl's Tournament

Waterloo Women's Field Hockey Club is pleased to invite your highschool team to the 24th Annual K-W Schoolgirl's Field Hockey Invitational tournament to be held:

                             Saturday September 17, 2011 and Sunday September 18, 2011
                             At St. John's-Kilmarnock School in Maryhill
                             At a fee to be determined

To encourage out of town teams,the tournament will be a round robin format with a final.
The number of games each team plays will be based on the number of entries. However an attempt will be made to provide each team with as many shortened games as posible. - Approximately 4 games or 2 hours of playing time.
You may enter your team on either Saturday or Sunday. If the number of teams is low the tournament will be consolidated into a one day event on Saturday September 17, 2011..
Note: If the late summer is wet, the tournament might not be able to use the fields at St. John's Kilmarnock, therefore the tournament committee would decrease the number of entries and move the tournament to a smaller location. If this is the situation the teams will be notified as soon as possible of the change. All fees will be refunded to those teams not participating. The tentative rain date for this year is Saturday September 24 and Sunday Sept 25, 2011. One week later.

Athletic Therapy services will be available for the event.

Registration is on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS but will not be accepted after August 19, 2011.
